Draft reports and witness statements. Interview witnesses and instruct experts and counsel. Attend court for case management and hearings. Negotiate settlements and prepare for trials and mediations. Support business development and client relationships. Supervise and develop team members. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor. Experience in defendant clinical negligence (NHSR Panel firm or MPS MDO preferred). Strong independent and team working skills. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Commitment to client data security and meeting targets.
