Job DescriptionCare Professional Benefits:Great rates of pay - from £12.40 per hour plus 1.5 times enhanced bank holiday ratesMinimum 1 hour calls- giving you the time to care. We have paid 15 minute gaps between visits so there is no rushing. QualificationsResponsibilities:Being a Care Professional is an essential role supporting older people to live well at home. With the support of our team and industry leading training, you can feel fully equipped to deliver the high-quality care Home Instead has become known for.Here's what you could be doing:Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visitHelp with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light houseworkAccompanying to appointments or shoppingPersonal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independentSupport with Medications and Topical Creams or Drops. Reporting any potential issues to our care team so they can speak with other health professionals, the family, the person themselves or and other Caregivers.
