Lead Practice Nurse, Greenwich Background This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a very stable, team-focused Training and Teaching practice based in the historic Greenwich area. Focused on being progressive and improving ways of working, this high performing practice is exceptionally well run, and is now looking to hire a Lead Practice Nurse to lead their multi-skilled Nursing team. You can expect a very balanced role, as the Lead Nurse will be focusing on clinical work as well as team leadership/development responsibilities. This surgery has a team of Practice Nurses that are skilled in specialised areas of clinical expertise, so expect to focus on traditional Practice Nursing duties as well as overseeing the team. The surgery will be very flexible when it comes to the hours, days, and working pattern that you desire. The surgery is very highly recommended by patients and well-thought of within the local community, it’s a practice where you can really make a difference to the lives of the patients you work with.
