Job Title: Trainee Dental Nurse Location: Coventry, CV4 8FF Salary: £13.50 per hour (negotiable) Job Type: Permanent - Full Time/Part Time available. Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM | 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM Weekends: Closed About Us: We are a well-established, family-run dental practice in Canley, Coventry, proudly serving the community since 1968. Located near the University of Warwick, our team is dedicated to helping patients enhance their oral health through expert care and guidance. We offer a wide range of cosmetic and restorative treatments, including facial aesthetics, tooth-coloured fillings, crowns, veneers, and tooth whitening. The Role: We're on the lookout for a motivated individual who is either currently enrolled or planning to enrol on the NEBDN diploma in dental nursing. As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you'll receive comprehensive training and guidance from our experienced dentists. You will gain valuable hands-on experience, with room to progress into specialist areas within the practice. We have the following positions available: Full-time Trainee Dental Nurse: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Part-time Trainee Dental Nurse: Two days a weekYour Responsibilities Will Include: Supporting dentists during procedures and providing chairside assistance Ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilised Delivering compassionate care and guidance to patients Accurately maintaining and updating patient recordsWhat We're Looking For: Legal right to work in the UK Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination (or first dose) Enrolment or proof of enrolment in an accredited dental nursing course Ability to adapt in a busy environment Excellent attention to detail A proactive attitude towards learning and developing new skillsWhat We Offer: Career development and training opportunities Friendly, supportive work environment Paid holiday entitlement Pension schemeIf you're eager to begin or continue your journey in dental nursing and want to work with a welcoming and experienced team, we'd love to hear from you!
