To succeed in this position, you will need great communication and interpersonal skills so that you can form solid relationships and effectively handover information to your colleagues. You don't need to have previous experience in this field, we are more than happy to work with you to help you become an excellent Support Worker. As well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as gardening, shopping, watching footie, bingo, attending musicals , and that's just to name a few!
