Position: Customer Care Assistant Location: Wrexham Job Type: Full-Time Salary: £26,000 - £27,500 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Care Assistant to join an established company located in Wrexham city centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanour, stay calm under pressure, multitask, and have a passion for helping others. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in some cases face to face, providing accurate information and solutions. Resolve customer requests and issues efficiently, and ensuring relevant line managers / team members are kept informed Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively. Liaising with the sales team and engineers to assist customers with any on-site issues, maintenance, and new installation requirements/requests in a timely manner. Accurate input of customer orders via our CRM system. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints via a CRM system Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve customer service skills and knowledge. Qualifications GCSEs or equivalent. A-levels or equivalent qualifications are a plus but not essential Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
