About The RoleWe are seeking passionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) to join our driven and compassionate team as Preceptorship Nurses. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs, working in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement patient-centered care plans, ensuring effective evaluation and recording.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including liaison with associated professionals and agencies.Facilitate daily hospital activities, promoting a positive and supportive environment.Ensure effective communication with service users, carers, visitors, and staff, implementing the Mental Health Act where necessary.Maintain a learning environment, supporting the development of junior team members.Contribute to the development and revision of local policies and procedures as required.What We OfferAs a Preceptorship Nurse with Nouvita, you will have access to a comprehensive training program, including up to 11 annual classes, to support your professional growth and development.
