To succeed in this application, you must: Be a UK qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Have recent and relevant experience, dealing with similar matters. Be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills Your work will include the provision of Care Act Assessments, Financial Assessments & Charging, Continuing Healthcare/NHS Funded Care, Court of Protection & Special Needs Education.
