As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalised physical and emotional care to our valued residents.What You'll Do: Personalised support: Each resident is unique, with their own physical, mental, social, and emotional needs. You'll enjoy the variety and use your person-centred approach to focus on their strengths and promote their independence. Personal Care: Assist with daily activities such as eating, drinking, and personal hygiene. Engagement: Support residents in participating in meaningful activities, both within our facilities and out in the community. Safety and Comfort: Ensure a high standard of hygiene and safety, making sure everyone feels comfortable and secure.What you'll need: No Experience Needed: Whether you have prior experience in care or not, your life experience is just as valuable. We provide all the training you need to succeed. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT Skills: Basic IT skills for accurate information recording. Observational Skills: Strong ability to monitor and respond to health changes.
