If so, then this could be the role for you We are looking for a Commissioning Home Manager, to join our exciting and growing client, to work in their circa 70-bedded residential care home which will be based in the picturesque seaside destination of Hunstanton. This provider is well renowned in the sector, providing luxury services to its residents. The resident’s lifestyle is at the heart of all they do to ensure they are able to keep living their lives’ in a modern, comfortable and environment. Who are we looking for? The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes ideally with Commissioning experience, consistently good or above CQC reports, with an excellent business acumen with a proven history of managing homes within the sector. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work with the local community, to be the home of choice. Whilst also showcasing your focus on delivering fantastic resident care. Due to the nature of the role, you will be able to articulate the importance of people development and how this will have a positive impact on the service. Working with the Head of departments of the service you will build your team from the bottom up, building it to the success it will become.
