As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Nurse Manager in the overall management and leadership of the care home. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Supporting the Nurse Manager in leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-centered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care. Assist the Nurse Manager in writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
