Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse Manager Location: Remote Salary: From £55,000 FTE – based on experience Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 40 hrs pw (Monday to Friday) Role Summary Are you an experienced leader in Occupational Health, passionate about operational excellence and compliance? We are recruiting on behalf of a client for the role of Occupational Health Nurse Manager, where you'll oversee risk management, compliance, and drive innovation across their organisation. This position offers the chance to collaborate with senior leadership, build strong client relationships, and ensure best practices in clinical service delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for leading risk management, compliance, and clinical excellence. You will partner with the senior leadership team to foster growth and innovation while ensuring SEQOHS compliance. With a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and relationship management, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the client's future success. Key Responsibilities: * Leadership & Mentoring: Manage and mentor direct reports, ensuring professional growth and high standards of care. * Compliance & Policy Management: Oversee SEQOHS compliance, manage policy development, and ensure adherence to all Occupational Health standards. * Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clinical service excellence and customer satisfaction. * Audit & Data Management: Implement and oversee clinical audit programmes, manage data protection, and maintain data integrity within our systems. * Training & Awareness: Lead company-wide compliance initiatives and deliver training programmes for staff and management. * Strategic Contributions: Collaborate in tendering processes, contribute to client presentations, and support the development of client medical policies and project management.
