Job Description Deputy Hospital Director (Nurse Qualified) Salary: Up to £53,000 37.5 hours per week We are currently looking for a passionate and highly skilled Deputy Hospital Director with a nursing qualification to play a pivotal role in the leadership and management of our client's Hospital, specialising in Learning Disability and Autism care. The ideal candidate will have a robust nursing background and a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional care while ensuring the seamless operations of the hospital. Qualifications Nursing qualification (RGN,RMN,RNLD) and a valid UK NMC Pin Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management capacity within a mental health hospital setting or similar environment, showcasing exemplary skills in team management and performance optimization. In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines in nursing, combined with a proven track record of their consistent implementation.
