We have a super exciting opportunity for a Work Based Learning Manager – Service Industries & Care, Health and and Early Years. As a Work Based Learning Manager, you will develop and grow apprenticeships and other workplace learning to meet employer and learner needs and be responsible for the delivery and performance of all WBL programmes and the assessors who deliver them. This role is based in Cambridge with occasional travel to the other campus as well as requiring visits to employers. You will achieve growth ambitions whilst ensuring high quality and be responsible for the team meeting its targets, caseload management of team, work-based learning budgets and forecasting. Support students with learning difficulties and disabilities to become empowered so that they can fully access the curriculum and successfully achieve their programme of study through their development of greater independence The successful candidate will have: A minimum of a level 3 vocational qualification in a relevant area.
