This temporary top up will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2024/25 is confirmedJob overviewTo assist registered nurses/practitioners to deliver care to patients/clients, working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient their family and carers.Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan. Carry out a wide range of duties under the direction of a registered nurse for the period of the shift.Main duties of the jobAn opportunity has occurred to join the highly motivated District Nursing Service in the Denbighshire locality. The role will involve the successful candidate supporting the district nursing team to care for those living in the community who require nursing care. Applicants should be enthusiastic with an awareness of and committed to the modernisation of the service.
