As a Senior Pre-assessment Nurse you'll be responsible for the following: Maintaining high standards of patient care in line with operational policies. Enhancing customer service and satisfaction for service users. Promoting the well-being and interests of patients, employees, and consultants. Acting as an advocate for junior team members and safeguarding patients. Deputising for the Sister/Charge Nurse when required. Providing individualised patient care. Extensive training and development opportunities.The ideal candidate for the Senior Pre-assessment Nurse role should have: Registered General Nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies. Valid NMC Registration. Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent). Strong clinical knowledge and awareness of NMC Code of Accountability. Basic workload and shift management skills.
