Pay Rate: 12 - 14 per hour

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a care home setting? We are an agency seeking skilled individuals to provide 1:1 support for residents in Hull and the surrounding East Yorkshire areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal assistance, and mobility support.
• Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents, promoting their independence.
• Maintain clear communication with care teams and family members regarding residents' needs.
• Adhere to health and safety standards while providing high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care) are an advantage.
