This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in managing pharma clients, excellent communication skills, creative experience, and a strong background in translation.Responsibilities:1.Client Management:- Manage and build relationships with pharmaceutical clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.2. Operations Management:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medical Division, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient delivery of services.- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and quality and best practice- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.3. Team Leadership:- Lead and mentor a team of translators, project managers, and other operational staff.- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their adherence to quality standards and client requirements.4.
