Based on the North Shore area near to Peasholme Park, you will be working for a fantastic charitable organisation who put the needs of the 30 elderly residents and its staff first, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes. We have the following contracts available – · Senior Care Assistant - Days - 39hrs - £13.65/hour (39hrs is working 3 ½ x 8am-8pm) - 3 1/2 shifts a week, which involves every other weekend being worked. · Senior Care Assistant - Days - 44hrs - £13.65/hour (44hrs is working 4 x 8am-8pm) - 4 shifts a week, which involves every other weekend being worked. Key Responsibilities · To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
