They are passionate about creating a positive, supportive work environment that focuses on patient-centred care and continuous service improvement.About the Role:As the Deputy Hospital Manager (RMN/RNLD), you'll be stepping into a dynamic leadership role where you'll have a direct impact on the quality of care provided. Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (with on-call duties), you'll help ensure that all departments, from psychology to occupational therapy, run smoothly and effectively.You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team, providing operational and clinical leadership while driving forward innovative care practices.
