Associate Dentist We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Associate to join our client's dynamic and growing dental practices. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dental care, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of treatment. This role is perfect for a dentist who is passionate about oral health, patient satisfaction, and professional development . Responsibiliti e s:Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose s.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patient s.Carry out a range of dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, root canals, and preventative car e.Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care technique s.Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointments efficientl y.Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous professional developmen t.Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient car e.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sterile working environmen t.Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients and retain existing one s.Provide emergency dental care as neede d. Qualificati o ns:BDS or equivalent dental degree from a recognized instituti on.Valid registration with the General Dental Council (GD C).Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practising denti st.Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedur es.Strong interpersonal and communication skil ls.High level of professionalism and commitment to patient ca re.Ability to work effectively as part of a te am.Up-to-date knowledge of dental technology and practic es.Valid DBS check or willingness to undergo o ne.CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certificati on.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as requir ed. Desirable Sk i lls:Experience with digital dentistry tools and softw are.Additional certifications in specialised areas of dentistry (e.g. orthodontics, implantolo gy).Familiarity with NHS and private dental practice regulati ons.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to det ail.
