You will be visiting our clients within their own homes, and supporting them with activities out in the community. Travel will be required across the whole of Manchester.This role will range from providing compassionate care right through to personal care and more complex needs including peg management, Learning disabilities, SEN, cerebral palsy and other complex needs.
