Job Requirements / Description
A medium sized Nursing and Residential Care Home is seeking a Manager to run the service. No requirements to be Nurse qualified. This Home has undergone a turn around, and needs a final push to get it up to standards!
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
Overall running of the home; including budgets, staff management, quality and compliance. Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries. Building Relationships and Communication with residents, relatives and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority. Building and maintaining high occupancy. Maintaining minimal agency usage.Home Manager Requirements:
Experience in Nursing and Residential Care Homes essential. Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia residents. Ambitious and motivated individual. Strong leadership. Good track record with CQC. Computer literacy.Benefits:
