We are looking for an experienced Higher Education Programme Leader to manage our FdSc and BSc Health and Social Care degrees at University Campus North Lincolnshire (UCNL). You will oversee the teaching, management, and development of the programmes while supporting students' academic and personal growth. This role offers the opportunity to innovate within the curriculum and make a meaningful impact on student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead programme management and delivery
• Provide academic and pastoral support to students
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning
• Ensure programme quality and compliance with university standards
• Liaise with external examiners and stakeholders
• Engage in student recruitment and curriculum planning

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Health and Social Care or related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience in programme leadership within Higher Education
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A passion for student success and innovation in teaching
