Dementia Care Manager Brentwood, Essex £40-43k I am recruiting a Dementia Care Manager for a leading provider in Brentwood, Essex. As a Dementia Care Manager, you will have the responsibility for the management of the dementia community inside of the home. • You will ensure to deliver the highest quality of dementia care is being given at all times • Build and maintain strong relationships with the residents and their families • Build and maintain strong relationships with other healthcare professionals • Financial management • Meet CQC criteria and aim to achieve and outstanding rating • Be able to deliver dementia training Essential skills and qualifications for Dementia Care Manager: • You have achieved or willing to work towards your NVQ level 4/5 • Extensive dementia knowledge • Palliative care knowledge and experience • Managerial experience • Ability to write detailed person centred care plans If you think you would be suitable for this role, please apply with your CV now
