Role Description
We are seeking a full-time or part time experienced Satellite Fertility Nurse or Midwife to join our team. The Fertility Nurse or Midwife will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients during their fertility treatment journey. This role involves conducting initial nurse consultations, ultrasound assessments, phlebotomy, providing information, education and emotional support to patients during their treatment.
This is an on-site role located in our new satellite clinic in Ann Street, Belfast City Centre.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with a current license in good standing with the NMC
- Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 year of experience in fertility/IVF experience and fertility ultrasound
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals remotely
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations and able to work independently
- Strong computer skills and the ability to work with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
