Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support to clients in their own homes.Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.Support clients with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met.Carry out light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities as requiredMonitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the Office Team.Foster positive relationships with clients and the Office Team, ensuring open communication and respect.Requirements:Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to build rapport with clientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and make sound decisionsReliability and punctuality are crucial for this roleA valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferredWilling to go through security checks required for the roleWhat We Offer:£13 per hour between 09:00am - 06:00pm, £14 per hour outside of these hours, double rates on Bank Holidays.Flexible working hours and mileage.Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentMeaningful work that directly impacts the lives of othersOpportunities for career advancement and growth within the companyAccess to Blue Light Card membershipQualificationsAdditional InformationWe encourage applications from all sections of the community as we want to reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work.
