About The RoleSenior Care & Support Assistant Location: Abbotsham Bideford - EX39 5BE Pay Rate : £12.30 per hour ( alternate weekend working) Required: You'll have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care. Days: 07.00am to 14.00hrs - 14.00hrs to 21.00hrs. Nights : 21.00 hrs to 07.00am - Night Support to include paid breaks. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care & Support Assistant to join the TEAM at Kenwith Castle, our residential care home set in 30 acres of stunning North Devon Countryside at Abbotsham, Bideford. Supporting residents to help them remain as independent as possible. Providing companionship - really getting to know them! Act as point of escalation for any incidents or events in the home Working in a team to create a co-operative, friendly and welcoming atmosphere around home. Who are we looking for: Someone who is naturally caring and compassionate! We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, you will need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day. You'll have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
