Adult Social Care Solicitor - Remote - Locum - 6 Months - North East I am working with a council that's looking for a locum adult social care solicitor. This role is for an initial 6 months with the strong possibility of extension. In this role no advocacy is required.

My client is offering a competitive rate dependent on experience.

Your key responsibilities will be inclusive of the usual aspects of adult care law: Dealing with Deprivation of Liberty Support and manage Court of Protection proceedings

What's Required: 2 years PQE+ Public Authority experience required (2 assignments)
