Head of Care Location: Crawley Salary: Up to £30,000 + other benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with every other weekend Start Date: Immediate We are recruiting for a Head of Care for a leading residential care home in Crawley. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience at the Deputy Manager level in a non-clinical setting, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
