We are looking for a Caretaker to join the team of an established organisation in the Birmingham area, offering a three month temporary position. This will be based across 3 offices, helping to provided high quality building maintenance and safety.Caretaker Monday to FridayTemporary £15-18ph paid weekly via umbrellaBirmingham/ Hinckley As a Caretaker, your main duties will be:Opening and lock up procedure including operation of the intruder alarmUndertaking minor office repairs both planned and reactiveDecorating and assisting in cleaningMaintaining external grounds and entrancesCarry out weekly site inspections including fire alarm testing etcAs a Caretaker, you will need experience in:Janitor, Maintenance man, Handyman rolesGeneral repair duties and decoratingCarrying out opening and closing proceduresPlease apply directly to this advert or call Megan on 0121 790 0980 for more information
