Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project updates in our CRM system. Coordinate with various teams, including project management and construction, to ensure timely responses to customer needs. Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Assist in the development of customer care processes and procedures. Provide administrative support to the customer care team as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the construction industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
