Care Home Manager Wroxham, Norfolk Up to £55k I am looking for experienced Care Home Manager to lead a beautiful care home in Wroxham in Norfolk. The home is registered for 30 residents, and is set in well-maintained landscaped gardens. It is a short distance from one of the best boating areas in the Broads. You will receive continuous support from divisional and central teams in operations, service quality and marketing. In this Care Home Managers role you will: * Manage the home, ensuring that all care provided is of a high standard * Act as a role model to staff, providing mentorship and support where needed * Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home * Maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors * Create strong links with the local community * Be ambitious with a desire to develop and progress the Home from ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’ For this fabulous managers role you must have: * Experience in a similar role * NMC pin registration ( Desirable but not essential ) * The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide an excellent service of person-centred care. * A good working knowledge of CQC standards * A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home * Proven competent management and leadership skills in order to make the Home the best place to work for local people In return you will receive: * Comprehensive induction programme * Further training and career progression * Programme * Cost of DBS covered * NMC renewal paid * *Terms and condition apply For more information on this post, please call Elite Care on (phone number removed)
