Deputy Nursing Manager / Clinical Deputy Manager / Nursing Home Deputy Manager- £50,000 RN / RGN / RMN Northwich area • Excellent career development opportunity • Beautiful care home with modern facilities As the chosen candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical care of this medium nursing home and will manage a team of nurses and ensure that the best standard of care is given to the residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager and focus on person centred care throughout the home It is essential that the chosen candidate is a Registered Nurse and has a strong CQC background. Furthermore, the chosen candidate should be a strong character with good communication skills, as you will be managing a team of nurses and motivating them to give the best standard of care to the residents. This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead who is looking for a step up. Essential Qualifications and Experience of the Deputy Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN): • Nurse qualification - RGN or RMN with an active PIN. • Experience managing staff teams. • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. • Experience of writing care plans, carrying out audits, and experience of recruitment. • Strong clinical skills. • The availability to work flexible shifts.
