As a Care Assistant at our Lime Court Care Home in Dovercourt, Essex, you will be part of a compassionate and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support. We provide the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. By joining us you will become one of the 'family' and in return for your dedication and hard work you can expect:Salary: £12.00 - £12.40 per hour depending on experience and qualifications12 hour shifts Day OR night shifts available from 8am- 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday. You must be able to work alternate weekendsAbout the role:As a Care Assistant you will be assisting with mealtimes, personal care and completing current and appropriate documentation which includes daily record keeping, charts and care plans.
