Healthcare Assistant – Part time / Full time – Up to 11.44 p/h / Saltaire & surrounding areas A dedicated and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant is required to join a compassionate home care team in Saltaire, Cullingworth, Harden and other surrounding areas. Applicants must drive and have access their own vehicle. Rates of pay start at minimum wage and a pension to the workforce is also accessible. With part-time and full-time hours considered, flexible working patterns are available to suit employees who may care for others or need to fit work around family life. Role Responsibilities: * Providing person centred care and support to a person in all aspects of daily living * A programme of personal care and household management that is personalised for each person in the form of a Care Plan * Supporting the people using services with all aspects of personal care and daily activities and in so doing will observe and respect their dignity, privacy, and independence Requirements: * A Health & Social Care qualification would be desirable * Previous experience in a similar role * Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle Skills Required: * Motivated, positive and with great interpersonal skills * Excellent organisational skills with a drive to deliver high quality, personal care * Committed to maintaining professional standards and ongoing learning Please contact Siobhan Dyson at Servisource Healthcare to apply on (phone number removed)
