Job DescriptionSummaryThe Certified Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nursing ad-hoc/PRN position for PCM Trials. A PCM Trials CMRN is responsible for setting appointments within the required visitation window to complete mobile visits for study participants. You’ll work cooperatively with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel to complete visits and submit accurate source documentation.We are looking for Registered Paediatric Nurses (RSCNs) with current venepuncture and phlebotomy competency; current practice and competency in this skill with this population is a prerequisite for consideration for this role.Required QualificationsMinimum of two (2) years of experience as a Paediatric Registered Nurse (RN) with current, unrestricted Paediatric NMC PINTwo (2) years' experience in starting and performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw. Competency with IVs, and Subcutaneous Injections (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred) would be a plus.One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy testsSkilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication chartingExcellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skillsMust have and maintain a current CPR certification (BLS, PILS, EPALS or equivalent)Must have and maintain a current vaccination recordFull, clean driving license with access to own vehicle is requiredPreferred QualificationsAn ability to speak other languagesPersonal IncentivesGain CMRN training certificationBe a member of our general staffing poolNo research experience required, on the job training providedContribute to advancements of truly life changing treatmentsJob Type: Zero hours contractSalary: £36.00 per hourExpected hours: Ad-hoc bank shifts per your availability and protocol requirements
