We're proud to have been voted a top 20 rated home care provider on homecare.co.uk for 4 years running.Our nurse-led complex care team are looking to build a permanent team to support with a complex care package in Workington and surrounding areas.You should ideally have previous experience working with children or young people with Autism, such as experience as a Care Assistant/Care Worker, Support Worker or in an SEN Classroom setting. However previous care experince is not always neccesary as we provide you with all the correct traning and skills you will need to suceed and kickstart your career in the care industry!Please note, this role requires you to have a full valid UK dirving liscence and access to your own car. The role invloves varied hours 24/7 working on a weekend on weekend off basis. You will be expceted to work both with complex care packages and basic domicillary care packages , these are delivered within the clients own homes as this is homecare based role. These roles may involve both lone working and double up calls this will be discussed further at the interview stage. All suitbale candidates will be required to under-go and enhanced DBS check the fees for this are payable by the candidate and not the company.
