About the role: Nursery Nurse: We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse with expertise in providing personal care to join our vibrant Early Years team. Starting in January 2025, you’ll play an essential role in shaping the foundations of our youngest learners. This is a full-time, long-term position, providing daily rates between £85-£100, with opportunities for growth and career development.
As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll be supporting children aged 3-5 in their early years journey, focusing on both personal care and developmental milestones. Your days will be filled with helping young children develop independence, engage in enriching learning experiences, and feel comfortable and secure in their learning environment. You’ll collaborate with a team of passionate educators in creating a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere for every child, making a positive impact daily.

Application Requirements:
• Relevant Nursery Nurse qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). • Experience in providing personal care within an educational setting. • A passion for early childhood development and a patient, nurturing approach. • Strong communication skills to work closely with colleagues and families. • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

• Provide essential personal care and emotional support for young learners. • Assist in delivering a creative, EYFS-aligned curriculum to promote early development. • Foster an inclusive, positive environment that celebrates every child’s growth. • Collaborate with teachers to track developmental milestones and adapt to each child’s unique needs. • Engage with parents, maintaining open communication to support children’s well-being and learning.
