Drive Excellence: Oversee budgets, resources, and continuous service improvement through audits and quality checks. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in a care environment. Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and budgets with confidence. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Essential Experience & Qualifications: QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Extensive knowledge of care regulations and compliance. Previous experience managing a registered service. Valid UK Driving Licence. Desirable Skills: Clinical registration (a bonus, not essential). Experience in the independent healthcare sector.
