Communications Director (Healthcare)

Note: The role will be based in Dubai UAE.

MCG Talent are looking for senior level Communications professionals, to join one of our clients who is global public relations consulting company.

This position requires someone with experience in a communications role within the public sector, or someone who has extensive experience working directly with healthcare clients.

Job Description

• You will be based in Dubai, UAE
• You will provide strategic council and develop communications strategies.
• You will handle crisis communications.
• Lead medium to large size projects for several clinets and develop and implement supporting strategies and plans
• Structure and deliver communications programmes
• Manage ambiguity in which objectives, stakeholders, constraints, etc.. are uncertain
• Adapt and apply models and tools to solve client problems
• Synthesise complex data into concise and compelling presentations
• Manage with authority mid to senior level government officials
• Strong interest in either central government, SWF or culture and tourism work

Requirements

• Extensive experience working with healthcare clients
• Managed projects from start to finish, with a clear plan and structured workstreams
• Commissioned and integrated analysis from colleagues
• Developed solutions based on the needs and importance of different stakeholder groups
• Has provided reputational counsel to clients facing a crisis
• Has led and developed staff
