First Choice are a leading supplier of Temporary and Permanent Staff Healthcare Staff to a range of Private and Public Sector Organizations This is a very fast moving division with Hundreds of Healthcare Shifts available on a Daily basis. ability to work to deadlines is essential Locations covered include Hospitals/ Day Centres/ Nursing Homes/ Residential Homes/ Supported Living and Homeless Units. The role on offer is a varied one main duties will be Preparing Recruitment Adverts based on Client requirements Screening Advert Response Undertaking Recruitment Interviews Ensuring Staff Meet All Legal Requirements To work in the Healthcare Sector Liaising with Existing Clients To Ensure Their Requirement Needs are Being Meet. Undertaking Recruitment Days and Campaigns In Various Locations Developing First Choice Client Base Through Sales And Marketing Activities. This Will Include Sales Calls And Client Visits. Working To weekly Business Targets Applicants will ideally have had experience of working in a Customer focused environment. Healthcare experience is an advantage to the post but not essential. The post involves contact with a wide range of people to Senior Management Level. This post requires full driving licence and access to transport in order to carryout the role. Being part of an on call rota is also an essential part of this post. Post offers Salary plus Monthly bonus. Full Training will be provided.
