Are you already working in care but looking to work with people who really care?Home Instead Oxford are looking for Morning Care Assistant's to support our clients from 8am with their morning routines. We support clients living in the Kidlington, Oxford & Witney areas (and everywhere in between!) to remain in their own homes. As a Morning Care Assistant, your role will involve supporting with meal preparation, medication administration, personal care needs and getting our client's day off to a great start!We will provide all training that you need to be able to do the role and you will have a mentor support you over your first few weeks while you learn the ropes. We can offer you:£12.75 per hour during the week and £13.75 per hour on a weekend£25.50 per hour on a bank holidayFull induction and ongoing training and supportTravel time and mileage paid to you between visitsRegular hours and minimum visits of 1 hour with clients you are visitingBuild relationships with those you supportEarly-Pay access - enabling you to access your pay ahead of paydayEmployee Assistance Programme - free confidential support 24/7Free Blue Light CardFun, supportive office team and an open door policyWe need you to be aged 18 or over and have the ability to work an alternate weekend.
