Night Care Assistant - Part Time- Westfield Nursing Home in Boston, Lincolnshire, part of the Country Court Family Hours- Night Shifts, 22 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 1900 to 0700) JOINING THE COUNTRY COURT CARE FAMILY We're proud to be a family run business that's grown over the years to a family of 2,800+ employees and over 40 care homes. ABOUT THE CARE ASSISTANT (NIGHTS) ROLE Within the Care Assistant role, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include: Helping our residents with personal support and care Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs Supporting residents at meals time Interacting with our residents on a personal level Maintaining and developing the residents care plan to ensure their needs are met ABOUT YOU Our fantastic staff are at the heart of our homes & provide vital day-to-day support to our residents. Be no stranger to working night shifts Able to engage well with the residents and their families Have good written & verbal communication skills Have an understanding of people with Dementia. Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care or be willing to work towards this.
