Looking for a Childminder for Our Child with the 9 month+ old/tax free child care funding.

Need a childminder to look after our child. Ideally you would have a few years of experience, references and live near Reading RG1. Please apply if you think you'd be a good match for our family.

We have the 15HR free/tax free childcare for working parents government scheme and have the code. So we need someone that is signed up with this. We need her starting soon due to Unfortunately our circumstances changing.

We will need to get our daughter to you at 8am before both my husband and I start work. I sleep over at work for one night due to the type of work I’m in. So my husband will be picking her up sometimes after he finishes work at 5pm (on the days we have childcare) On another day I might be picking her up if I finish at 4:30/5pm. So we will need someone to be able to have her until early evening sometimes. Max 5:30/6pm depending where you are based. I will need a childminder 2 times a week.

We need someone that is compassionate, patient, caring, and understanding with our daughter. Rosie is very shy, especially around other children due to not being around other children in her life. So she can be quite emotional sometimes and scared until she gets use to them. We need someone to help her understand that it is ok etc. she is currently potty training so we need someone to help her understand when she needs to go etc.
