Working as a Mobilisation Nurse Manager based within our clients Complex Care Division covering the South East, you will be responsible for working directly with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an efficient and safe package of care is provided as commissioned. You will proactively be involved in the winning of new packages through ICBs in conjunction with the Head of Partnerships. Then be instrumental in setting the package up, working closely with the Head of Complex Care and Business Development to ensure the commissioned hours are fulfilled. You will be able to work flexibly, with periods of time away from home when setting up new packages across the UK. You will be responsible for providing high quality care for clients who require ventilation as well as other complex health needs such as PEG/PEJ feeding, Tracheostomy, PICC lines and catheterisation in the community. About you • You will be a registered nurse with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. • ITU, PICU or NICU experience is preferred but not essential. • Experience of working in the community is essential. • Experience of looking after clients who require ventilation as well as other complex health needs such as PEG/PEJ feeding, Tracheostomy, Ventilation, PICC lines and catheterisation. • As well as strong clinical skills, operational management experience is a must!
