Parc Wern is a purpose-built care home designed for older people requiring dementia nursing and general nursing care and also end of life care/palliative care. Situated in Penybanc, Ammanford, the home offers a modern and supportive environment with comfortable lounge areas and an enclosed central courtyard. Our dedicated team ensure we meet the resident's individual care and social needs. As a care assistant you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible.
