Advanced nurse practitioner (anp)

Are you an experienced ANP looking for a rewarding role in a supportive, well-established practice? We’re seeking a motivated and skilled ANP to join a friendly team in a GP Practice based near Letchworth, Herts. About the Practice: * Thriving practice with 18,000 patients, high Qo F ratings, and a “ Good” CQC rating. * Based near Letchworth, the town offers direct train links to London and Cambridge, excellent schools, and fantastic leisure facilities. * They pride themselves on providing high-quality, patient-centred care in a warm, welcoming environment. They also offer extended services through their local PCN. The Role: * Full-time (37.5 hours/week), Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 6:30 pm). Would consider Part-Time or compressed hours over 4 days. * Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, with the potential to exceed £59 K depending on experience. * Option to work additional hours for extended access services (evenings and Saturdays). Requirements: * Registered Nurse with ANP Masters qualification (or working towards) * Minor illness nurse diploma & non-medical prescribing qualification * Experience in primary care * Excellent communication, organisational, and problem solving skills with the ability to analyse data and information to assess the implications for the individual patients and the impact on care plans Join our dedicated team and make a difference in the local community!
