Registered Service Manager £36,000-£38,000 Barton Upon Humber Purosearch are working with a developing care provider who require a dynamic and caring individual to become Registered Home Manager for a 8 bed Residential Home, specialising in Learning Disabilities, Autism and associated Complex Care Needs for Adults from the age of 18 upwards. The home has a Good CQC report but there are still some aspects of the service which need developing including the links within the community and improving on the reputation of the home within the area. This exciting and varied role is perfect for a dedicated and resilient person with a people centred focus, the ability to problem solve, manage financials in a business environment as well as coach and develop your team.
