Social Care Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive (Local Authority/Social Care Sales) Location: Remote Salary: Basic + Competitive Commission (New & Repeat Sales) We are an innovative social care start-up seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in local authority sales or the social care market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can hit KPIs, and is eager to grow into an Account Manager position. You will be responsible for creating your own sales desk and provided with warm leads and training. Would suit someone with a good understanding of the UK care market, excellent phone manager and a passion for social care. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and engage potential clients within the social care sector, including local authorities. * Develop and maintain relationships, turning prospects into long-term partners. * Convert leads into paying customers * Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a competitive market. * Collaborate with the team to refine our sales strategy and customer journey. * Transition smoothly into account management as relationships grow. I.e. onboarding clients and ensuring that they are maximising the website’s potential for their business.
